Delivery is free of charge to you.
Dispatch is usually from stock within 48 hours, however there are times when your selected item is unavailable, in such event we will advise you of the revised dispatch date which will not be more than 14 days from your order date.
All merchandise is delivered by our contracted couriers DHL (or its agents were applicable.) Immediately upon dispatch of your order you will be emailed the tracking number, you can continue to track the delivery on its way to you by logging on to http://www.dhl.com/en.html and entering the tracking number.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order to your address on the 1st attempt he will only make one further attempt to redeliver it the following working day, after which the merchandise will be returned to the nearest DHL depot for your collection.
